OUR HEROES
11am to 4pm (EST)
Tuesday, November 10, 2020
Our mission to honor the fallen, tell the story of American law enforcement, and make it safer for those who serve is of national importance, and it has never been more important than it is today in 2020.
Destination Zero — a program of the Department of Justice, Office of Justice Programs, Bureau of Justice Assistance, managed by the National Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Fund and sponsored by Verizon—curates and disseminates best practices for officer safety and wellness to every law enforcement officer in the country. We do this through officer fatality research and trend watching, compelling best practice submissions from departments in all 50 states, and storing these best practices and teaching materials in our digital resource center.
The Destination Zero Conference for Officer Safety and Wellness is free to attend, but registration is required.
Registration closes November 8, 2020, at midnight (EST).

The 2020 Destination Zero Officer Safety and Wellness Conference is a bi-annual gathering of law enforcement officials who are dedicated to improving the safety and wellness of their employees. This special component of the Destination Zero program, sponsored by The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, will feature prominent keynote speakers, two live panel discussions, the 2020 National Officer Safety and Wellness awards ceremony, and sessions featuring past Destination Zero national award winners and finalists.
These virtual officer safety and wellness workshops are designed to assist agencies with beginning or enhancing their local initiatives to keep officers safe, mentally and physically healthy, and emotionally resilient.
